After the verification is complete, restart your PC and see if you have the same problem. Let me know what happens after.

10/20/20, 7:57 pm. I am having a similar problem. The "slide show" is there , but there are no news stories beneath it. Nothing! It was fine before dinner, and now this! Did Microsoft modify the browser without warning?

MY Feed is blank as well started today did a reset, a reinstall of edge, ran problem solver nothing has fixed the issue.
ran SFC. issue is still there all so edge is not keeping my 100% view size it keeps setting 125%. please fix this issue all was fine on the 18th of October 2020.

What's causing this my feed issue?
I think maybe the news feed servers are down, with respect to my feed.
Can someone provide a solution to this, please?

R7anubis here, just another user (also an insider). I'd be glad to assist.
It was blank now for me too. That happens sometimes.
I just went and changed my preferences, like in the news feed settings.
And after that, I cleared history and cache for edge, closed it in the task manager.
Now it's fine.
It should work for you as well. Try it.

Clear your history and cache for atleast 24 hours, or more, if possible.
Then go to task manager and kill edge.
Restart it again.
It should work.
